Introduction Equotient for wellness is a mental health organisation who have their unique therapy based methods for patients seeking support to come out of different kinds of addiction . Equotient For Wellness was looking for a solution which could address their unique workflow requirements as they found the conventional products in the market were not flexible enough by design to serve their purpose. Challenge Defining phases of the the user journey across multiple and complex addiction issues Approach Our strategic consulting team helped de-risk their investment on any product with an early validation of their ideas based on User Journey Maps Story Boarding Multiple Design iterations Working Prototypes Prior to making decisions about a product intuitive customisable and flexible enough to suit their unique requirments. Deliverables Phases of the patient journey was defined as follows (representative): Trigger Event/Awareness: The patients review their own symptoms, conduct research, consider potential health conditions that may require treatment, and may even reach out to communities (e.g., posting questions on social media); Help: The patient makes initial contact with a health centre , including health insurance, via call center, chat, email, mobile, or an in-person visit; Care: The patient is evaluated at a facility; Treatment: The system provides the patient with both on-site and follow-up care (e.g., counseling, or suggested lifestyle changes); Behavioral/Lifestyle Change: The patient makes changes to daily routines and takes part in proactive healing in order to prevent relapse and promote long-term wellbeing; Ongoing Care/Proactive Health: The patient manages his or her care between sessions; meanwhile, the system facilitates engagement between the patient and therapist in order to enable the patient to address symptoms and maintain good health.

Challenge Access to health worker information and identification of volunteers for participation in user research Approach An eHealth project was launched with an objective to carry out a user research on ground level health workers to find ways to define a key role they could be playing in bridging vaccination gaps through a proper vaccination tracking mechanism. Deliverables Our user research and experience design team carried out extensive research based on a. User Surveys (with care givers of under vaccinated children) b. User experience with existing systems c. Personas & User journey mapping prior to making recommendations w.r.t solutions and improvement roadmaps.

Introduction The 2022 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Birmingham 2022, was an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth of Nations that took place in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022. Challenge We were representing our country in a way – so a holistic experience design not only consistent with global standards but continuously matching upto latest trends for every live event needed rapid research ,review and design iterations to be able to produce desired levels of excellence and unique user experience. Approach Based on a market study of global graphics design we tried to provide various types of design outputs to our client. The design was based on our inspiration and other client requirements too.We needed to find a middle ground in terms of aesthetics and feasibility of both graphics designs and also the overlay templates of the video that was published maintaining the graphics design fundamentals. Deliverables Our Content Creation team. a. Defined and planned content type and mode of distribution of the events. b. Demonstrated different design and marketing content style suitable of different sports in the CWG 2022. Creation of proper design templates for each events be it image or motion graphics.
