Vaccination gaps can be disastrous in terms of exposing children to increased risk of disease, undermining herd immunity and increasing the frequency and severity of outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases(VPDs).
Access to health worker information and identification of volunteers for participation in user research
An eHealth project was launched with an objective to carry out a user research on ground level health workers to find ways to define a key role they could be playing in bridging vaccination gaps through a proper vaccination tracking mechanism.
Our user research and experience design team carried out extensive research based on
a. User Surveys (with care givers of under vaccinated children)
b. User experience with existing systems
c. Personas & User journey mapping
prior to making recommendations w.r.t solutions and improvement roadmaps.
